Astro Daily: March 3, 2023

Venus, fresh off its beautiful conjunction to Jupiter in Aries, visible in the western sky after sunset, Venus meets up with Chiron in Aries and presses into a tender spot. Venus and Chiron want us to have the courage to love, to go after our desires.
It's not easy to open our hearts. And as much as yesterday's conjunction has been touted as a sign of good fortune by other astrologers, we can't look past the influence of Chiron, a planet (asteroid, actually) that talks about pain and suffering ... and the path to deep healing. (Read more about Chiron in On Chiron, Suffering, and Knots.)
What's Chiron in Aries? The courage to stand up for ourselves, the bravery to move forward, the necessity to claim our desires. But, in order to do that, we have to sometimes do the hard thing.
Feel into the tender spots today, especially around love, relationships, value, safety, and self worth. Chiron is both a personal pain point as well as a collective pain point. When we stand up for ourselves, for example, it helps others do the same.
That said, the Moon's in Leo this weekend and the astrology is on the quiet side, relatively. That said, the Leo Moon does a few things. One, it wants to have fun and play, but this is in contrast to Saturn's final days in Aquarius, Leo's opposing sign. Two, the Moon may push us to reconcile our passions versus our duties. Then again, passion and joy should be a support for Saturn's structure and responsibilities, not against it.
All in advance of Saturn arriving in Pisces on March 7.
You can still get my three-hour presentation on Saturn in Pisces and what it will mean for you over the next three years. Saturn's change next week is a major change in the astrology and the last time Saturn changed signs was 2020. Get the webinar in the link below.
If you are in AUSTRALIA or NZ, this forecast applies approximately for March 4-6, 2023.
