Coconut water or Narikela jala is most important and essential to all living beings especially to the human beings and from recent years coconut water has become a trendy beverage. It is very tasty and refreshing loaded with several important nutrients, including minerals.
Health benefits of coconut water:
1. Good source of several nutrients:

grow on large palm trees known scientifically as Cocosnucifera. Coconut is botanically considered as fruit rather than a nut. Coconut water is the juice found in the center of young green coconut. Coconut water forms naturally in the fruit and contain 94% of water and it should not be confused with coconut milk. Coconut milk contains about 50% of water and it is very rich in coconut fat. On an average green coconut provides about 0.5 to 1 cup of coconut water.
